# yalabo pricing

> yalabo is a platform for online team-building games for companies (happy hours, company events, remote teams). You pay per game, priced by the number of players. This file is the machine-readable source of truth for yalabo pricing, kept in sync with the pricing page.

There is no monthly subscription: you pay once per game (or per game pack). Multi-game packs are discounted and can be used across multiple events.

## Volume pricing (USD)

Price is set by the highest player count in your event. A tier covers any team size up to its "Max players" value. Packs bundle multiple games at a discount.

## Overage & limits

- Free plan: hard cap at 5 players per game. To go higher, pick a paid tier.
- Paid tiers: pick the tier that covers your player count. There is no per-player overage charge; you simply choose the next tier up.
- Over 500 players: not self-serve — contact us for a custom quote.

## Billing

- Model: pay per game, not a recurring subscription. No monthly or annual fee.
- Packs: buy 3 or 5 games up front for a discount (see table). Games in a pack can be played across different events.
- Free: no credit card required for up to 5 players.

## FAQ

**Is there a free plan?** Yes — games with up to 5 players are free forever, no credit card.

**How is the price determined?** By the number of players in your event. Pick the tier that covers your team size in the table above; a game pack lowers the per-game cost.

**Is it a subscription?** No. You pay once per game, or buy a discounted pack of games. There is no recurring fee.

**What if we have more than 500 players?** We build a custom plan with you — contact us.

**What is included in a paid game?** A full game session for your whole team from a single link — no install, no dedicated host, ~60 seconds to set up.
